To open an account on rounderbum.com, follow these steps:

Rounderbum's return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and unworn with tags attached. They must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Returns are eligible for store credit codes or exchange orders with items on a similar price range.

A prepaid shipping label can be obtained from the Customer Service team for returning products. All returns are subject to a final inspection by the Quality department team who will determine if the items are approved or rejected. Allow 8 business days for processing returns.

If a product does not meet health/hygiene regulations, it will be rejected and can be requested back with the shipping costs covered by the customers. Rounderbum reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.

International orders, final Sale products, multipacks, accessories, Gift Cards, and custom items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit. Rounderbum is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit, without proof of postage.

If the contents of the package received do not match the items ordered, or if the order is incomplete, contact the customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. If a package is sent back to the original sender for any reason, Rounderbum will resend the order under confirmed shipping information. If the delivery issue still occurs, all remaining delivery attempts will be covered by customers.

All domestic packages are shipped through USPS and include tracking information once processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure delivery address as Rounderbum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is missing, allow 3-5 days for a delay in delivery and then report the lost package to customerservice@rounderbum.com for either a store credit or a replacement package.
